AST is an Inmarsat Accounting Authority, Service Provider and Strategic Partnership Member. AST is recognised as the largest Inmarsat Service Provider in Australia supplying mobile satellite telephone equipment & service. Satellite hardware is maintained in stock and AST services and supports the products sold. AST Australia operates to international Quality Assurance procedures and is working towards ISO 9001 certification in accordance with AST group practises. Policy and procedures are in place and are utilised for all aspects of sales, support and service. Manuals are continually upgraded and reviewed to meet scope of work. AST Australia located in Perth operates between normal business hours (WST). Our Operations Centre in Great Yarmouth in the UK is staffed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. This centre in conjunction with the Perth facility are the contact points for all AST provided services. As well, other global offices including the UK and Singapore offer local regional assistance.
