In November 2007, AST held their first annual dealer conference at the Tradewinds Hotel Fremantle. Dealers from as far as Queensland and Singapore came to find out more about AST’s latest product offerings and solutions.

With guest speakers from Inmarsat, Thrane & Thrane and Iridium amongst others, delegates gained insightful knowledge of the new products and services. They were also given the opportunity to have hands on experience  with the latest terminals and applications, including Inmarsat’s BGAN terminals and Iridium’s Short Burst Data tracking devices.

In the evening, guests enjoyed a barbeque dinner overlooking Fremantle Harbour followed by a spooky torchlight tour of the infamous Fremantle prison.

Dealers commented that the conference was a rewarding experience, deepening their understanding of AST’s products and services.  AST’s commitment to supporting our dealer network was noted, as announcements of upcoming road shows in 2008 were also made.
