PrePay Top Up
How do I top-up my prepaid account?See the below airtime providers with information regarding topping up and checking the balance of your pre-paid account. If you have any questions please do not hestitate to contact our Activations Department on 1300 660 084
Inmarsat IsatPhone Pro PrePaid
To top-up your IsatPhone Pro, you will first need to purchase an pre-paid voucher via the online portal, to visit this portal now click here. Once you have purchased your pre-paid voucher you must redeem it online.
Thuraya Prepaid
Thuraya offers scratch cards as low as 10 units which can be used to refill your preapay account in any of the following ways:
- Call 150 and follow the voice prompts to enter scratch card details.
- Send a SMS to 150 (message - 14 digit scratch card PIN code, starting and ending with #)
- Dial 160 followed by 14-digit scratch card PIN code. Press 'Dial'
- Key in 150 scratch card PIN code # then press the 'Dial" button (to refill even whilst roaming in GSM if applicable)
Inmarsat IsatPhone Pro PrePaid
Proceed to a location where you have a clear line of sight to the Inmarsat satellite, allow the handset to obtain a valid GPS (this can take up to 20 minutes in an area with clear view of the sky down to the horizon in all directions. If the handset has not been used for some time or has traveled a large distance whilst turned off it will take longer)
Once the satellite signal icon in the top left corner of the screen stops flashing and you have at least 3 bars of Inmarsat satellite signal dial 591# on the phone alternatively you can call AST Australia on 1300 660 084.
Thuraya Prepaid
Proceed to a location where you have a clear line of sight to the Thuraya satellite, allow the handset to obtain a valid GPS (this can take up to 20 minutes in an area with clear view of the sky down to the horizon in all directions. If the handset has not been used for some time or has traveled a large distance whilst turned off it will take longer)
Once the satellite signal icon in the top left corner of the screen stops flashing and you have at least 3 bars of Thuraya satellite signal and are registered onto the Thuraya network (the text THURAYA will be displayed on the screen) you can dial *151# and your balance will be displayed free of charge on the screen (please note that Thuraya's icon for units is the $ symbol, eg. if your balance is 100 units, it will be displayed as $100)
Alternatively you can make a phone call t 151 from the handset and listen to an automated message with your balance (please note this is not a free call)
